Alteration Agreement Written consent of the Board of Directors is required before making any alteration, enclosure or addition to an apartment or before removing any additions, improvements or fixtures from an apartment.

Sublease Application Please complete, sign (all parties to application) and submit to request Board approval (EPA pamphlet "Protect Your Family From Lead In Your Home").

Bicycle / Storage Room Application (PDF fill-in) Please complete, sign and submit to request placement on waiting list for a space in Apartment Corporation's Bicycle Room or Storage Room. Should a space become available for your use, you will be required to enter into the Apartment Corporation's License Agreement (Bicycle Room or Storage Room).

Parking Lot Application (PDF fill-in) Please complete, sign and submit to request placement on waiting list for a space in Apartment Corporation's outdoor parking lot. Should a parking space become available for your use, you will be required to enter into the Apartment Corporation's Parking Lot License Agreement.
